I love to people-watch in airports. As a behavior analyst, I am never bored with what I witness with humanity from teary departures to heartwarming reunions, Disney departures to disgruntled delays. On this particular day I had just come from getting routine lab work done before boarding my flight when this guy comes up to me asks, “Did you just get your blood drawn?” In leadership with big corporations over the years, I can NOT imagine EVER asking that question of someone let alone a TOTAL stranger…leads me to ask you…What the EFFunctional Behavior Analysis?
