Kim Watts, M.Ed., BCBA
ACE Provider and Organizational Behavior Management Consultant
Hello, I'm Kim!

I am the owner and founder of Watts Consulting and Go Raise the BAR. Our goal is to guide leaders to develop and care for workplace culture and key performance indicators to foster your organization's optimal outcomes and behavioral health. In addition to serving people as a behavior analyst, I have had the privilege of holding positions such as executive, consultant, behavior analyst, therapist, educator, entrepreneur, and leader.

After receiving my Bachelor of Science from University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management, I jumped into the world of restaurant management for my first professional stint; I opened 22 restaurants developing a 'mom and pop' operation to streamline processes, procedures, and training systems. Working with franchise consultants, this restaurant was acquired by Applebee's International where I experienced mergers and acquisitions. From here I enjoyed a fantastic career in business development, marketing, and sales. I took my first entrepreneurial leap to opening my own marketing research company where I worked with numerous local and national brands such as McDonald's, AstraZeneca, and OshKosh b'Gosh.

Today, as an ACE provider, I'm eager to share my experience through BACB-accredited workshops and customized consulting for individuals and teams.
