RTB has over ten years experience in the private and public sector. We thrive on organizational development and effectiveness, offering unique expertise in training and development to each of our clients.  Professional development, commonly referred to as “soft-skills” or “life-skills” (i.e. interpersonal, intrapersonal), is the focus of our training.    
 
From Wall Street to Main Street, we have developed, implemented and managed learning networks, created administrative professional training programs and traveled the country implementing sales training for large financial services institutions. In the community, we have lead performance improvement initiatives for community development, provided on-going facilitation for a national job-training program and developed a pilot program for female ex-offenders. The results are simple... developing people to contribute to and impact the bottom line. 


We consult, manage, design and deliver professional development solutions based on emotional intelligence (EQ).

RTB has the experience and capacity to consult and manage, design and deliver a custom training solution to help you accomplish your objectives. We work as a primary consultant to lead a project engagement or we work with other independents as sub-contractors. In addition to offering an end-to-end training solution, we advise and manage project and development implementation, augment staff or assume a special project/task on an as-needed basis.
